Android ile Delphi  arasında küçük boyutlu resim dosyası paylaşmak ile ilgili öneri alabilir miyim.

Kısaca Delphiye gelen fotoğrafı belirli bir dizini jpeg olarak kaydetmem gerekiyor.

Android tarafından seçtiğim bir fotoğrafı, Delphi ile yazılan Soap servis ile alıp bir dizine kaydetmek istiyorum.

Mobil uygulama içerisindeki bir Path'e atacaksanız, boyutun düşük olması tabi ki önemlidir. Fakat resim boyutu düştükçe de kaliteden ödün vermek gerekecektir.
Resimler döküman türünde ise en mantıklısı tiff olmalıdır. Icon, logo ise kaliteden ödün vermemek gerekiyor. Diğer tür resimlerde ise jpeg kullanılabilir. 
Uygulamanızdan Jpeg kalitesini ayarlayarak (Delphi için CompressionQuality) boyutu düşürebilirsiniz.

Yanlış anlaşıldım sanırım.
Android uygulamamda bir fotoğraf seçeçeğim (4x4) formatında kırpacağım ben onu istagram gibi, sonra bu fotoğrafı öyle bir formata dönüştüreyim ki, base64 gibi String bir veriye mesela,

Benim bulut sunucumda çalışan bir delphi soap servisime göndereyim Delphi gelen bu string veriyi örneğin yine base64'ü jpeg olarak decode ederek sunucumda bir dizine kaydetsin.

Delphiye bir şekilde dosya gelir ise databaseye de kaydederim dizine de burası halledilir.
Sorum havada uçan verinin tipini ne seçmeliyim. androidde bu fotoğrafı neye çevirip delphiden almalıyım.
