This message will occur if you happened to install Patch 1 into Rad Studio 11.0 without first upgrading to Rad Studio 11.1.

In this case you should perform a complete uninstall, then download and install Rad Studio 11.1 (Rad Studio 11.1 requires a full reinstall). Once the Rad Studio 11.1 install completes, launch the product by right-clicking on the shortcut and choose, 'Run as Administrator', and when the IDE opens, go to Tools | GetIt Package Manager | Patches and Hotfixes, and use that feature to install Patch 1.
